Hello!
I'm a registered psychologist but when I'm not working you'll find me in mum and wife mode, juggling two kids and their social life. I'm navigating the challenges of being a working Mum just like so many of us. I love music and you'll often hear me belting out a Spice Girls song or dancing to a 90's pop classic. I also love sport and on the weekend you might catch me at a footy game enjoying the viking clap and cheering on the Green Machine.
My Professional Story
I’m Breanna Jayne Sada, a registered psychologist with over 15 years’ experience supporting children, teens, families, and the professionals who care for them. My career has spanned private practice, school and system-level education roles, and work within out-of-home care, giving me a deep understanding of the challenges young people face across different environments.
I’m also a sought-after workshop facilitator, delivering training to schools, workplaces, and community organisations across Australia. My work is grounded in a commitment to reducing stigma, improving access to support, and playing a meaningful role in reducing Australia's suicide toll.
Whether I’m speaking, supervising, teaching, or working directly with families, my goal is always the same: to help adults better understand and connect with young people so they can thrive.
