I'm available for therapy and counselling through Lysn Health, a totally online service. Head over to their website to book in for a session with me and to find out about a complimentary session. 50 minute sessions are priced at $139 and 25 minute sessions at $69.50. Check with your Private Health fund for rebates that are available!

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID
I am an accredited Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor by Mental Health First Aid Australia. Youth Mental Health First Aid is a 14 hour face-to-face course that accredits participants with a Youth Mental Health First Aid Certificate, much like Physical First Aid. If you are interested in me running a course for a group please contact me.
