How to talk to Men about Mental Health

This week is men's health week. To help raise awareness for this important event I wrote a little something for Good NZ about how to talk to the men in your life about Mental Health. You can read the piece here.
This is such an important topic because we know that such stigma still exists around men and seeking help and support for mental ill health. Our men are over represented in suicide statistics and that is something we need to change. If you have a man in your life you love or care about, if you work with men or are a parent to boys then this piece is worth checking out. Let me know what you think.
