I spoke with My Domaine Home about Imposter Syndrome, a psychological phenomenon that refers to feeling like a fraud when you’ve achieved a certain amount of success. It is a very real form of intellectual self doubt where you feel psychologically uncomfortable with your success and this often renders you unable to acknowledge the role you’ve played in achieving it. Ironically, Imposter Syndrome often strikes when you’ve achieved a higher level of success, such as getting a promotion, winning an award or receiving a bonus.
