sildenafil 120 mg Accept it relying on the situation before sexual action. The best chance to take it is around 1 hour before sexual activity, yet you can take the medicine any time from 4 hours to 30 minutes before sexual activity. It normally ought not to be needed at least a time or two at frequent intervals.
